What is an intake credit?
An intake credit represents one complete client onboarding session, including all the necessary forms, document storage, and compliance features. Each credit also includes secure storage of that client's data for 10+ years.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credit bundles at any time. These additional credits follow the same expiration rules as your regular credits. We'll notify you when your credits are running low.
How does credit rollover work?
Unused credits automatically roll over to the next billing cycle. For monthly subscribers, credits expire 2 months after issuance. For yearly subscribers, credits are granted quarterly and expire 6 months after issuance. This gives you flexibility while ensuring you're using the service actively.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing provides significant savings compared to monthly billing. Additionally, annual subscribers receive their credits quarterly with a longer expiration period (6 months vs 2 months), giving you more flexibility in how you use your credits.
